Vitamins:  Check
Exercise:  Rest day

I am in another freaking stall! I was due I haven't had one in almost 2 weeks. Waters good, cals were a little high yesterday but nothing cray cray. Carbs are in check.

B - Protein Shake with Egg Whites

L - Ground Sirloin Hash

S - Atkins Bar (gotta get rid of these they taste like ass)

D - Something Thai

S - Nuts probably might need some healthy fats

W - On Track

V - Yep (started taking probiotic again today)

E - Rested last night tonight will be day 3 of Week 2 of C25K training and might hit the gym for some arms and shoulder work

G - Slept in this morning still did not get 8, no veggies yet but they are in my lunch and will get more tonight, exercise is on track for the week, snacking I am on the fence as I snacked yesterday and went over cals a bit and no weight loss on the scale today.

No....just at it. Swearing that is. LOL!  I'm weak. I have fantasies of throwing it away, but then I would have one less F-in thing to obsess about.

Its all true, but I am laughing at myself. The further along in this process I get the more things I learn about myself that I really ignored forever.

Hmmmm as I always say....Oh the  process.

On a side note I am down to 205.....hurah!

Um...I had coffee! I can't do it. I LOVE COFFEE!!! Haha.

B: 3 pieces of bacon (I also love bacon)

S: Colby/jack cheese stick

L: 1/2 of a small wendy's chili with cheese

S: Probably the rest of the chili (I'm on a chili kick...I might make some this weekend that way I can stop relying on Wendys)

D: 2oz of steak and some broccoli

I will try over the weekend. It's easier for me to not drink it. I just won't make it while I am at home. But here at work as soon as I walk in..there it is! The coffee pot! Ha. So I will definitely go 2 days free of coffee and see what happens :] You go girl!

L: chicken bella left over from last night with a bite of steamed veggies

S: cojack cheese stick and turkey pepperoni

D: greek food after kickboxing tonight.  Will have half a chicken kebob skewer with a little salad

S: SF popsicles...I need to finish all the grapes which are not my favorite but I literally have a box full of grape! devil

Fluid: still working on my first cup

Vits: two more calciums

X: kickboxing tonight

That's fat thinking, imo. Throw those grape *****es in the trash. You don't need to "finish" anything.

Next box you buy, take the grapes out and throw them away the moment you open it. Seriously, toss them. You don't need to eat them just because they are there.
