I am having everyone else's coffee plus mine.  :)   Doctor wants me to drink up, says it's good for me as long as it's in moderation and I believe him.  Love my coffee and you would have to pry in out of my cold, dead hands.

B: five egg bites

S: one cup of home made chili

L: Soup with chicken and veggies

D: I am not going to have time to eat a normal dinner tonight.  There is just no space at all in my schedule. :(  I might have to resort to a quest bar.  I could pack something, but I have only the time it takes me to drive in between clients.  I have to eat while I drive.  This really sucks.  I am coming home around 8:45 tonight, and that's just too late for dinner.

My doctor have NEVER said I have a problem....but since I'm trying to lose the regain I'm GAME for anything that MIGHT be hindering me at this point!

I guarantee you, it's not the coffee.  :)  The coffee might actually be helping keep the appetite down and the metabolism up.

You know it's something and I've read the articles that say it could be the cause and I've read the articles that say what you just said.  So the only way to see at this point is give it up.

Let me know how it goes.  There is no real harm (except for the headaches) in giving it up.  I hope it works for you.

Ms Shell, I seriously fell off track the last 2 days.  Big time.  It started on Tuesday night after I exercised.  Tuesday I did well until after I exercised.  I went to Giant to get groceries.  Well apparently that wasn't a good idea without having a healthy snack first.  As I saw food I got very hungry.  I did an old habit something I would have done pre-op.  I grabbed a bag of potatoes chips.  Haven't had any since surgery til Tues night.  I reasoned with myself that it was okay cause they were the airy ones with 1/2 the fat.  (You know the popped chips)  I also reasoned it was okay cause I just swam 1 1/2 hours and had eaten perfect the whole day.  I also reasoned that I'd never be able to eat or fit the whole bag like pre-op.  See a pattern of excuses?  The bag was 3.5 oz.  Who was i fooling?  The other bad thing I did that's so was how I was pre-op was that I started eating the bag before I even paid for it.  By the time I was finish shopping and went to the checkout the bag was 2/3rds gone!!  Yes I'm only 11 weeks post op.  What got into me I don't know.  Anyways that opened a whole can of worms.  Yesterday the badness continued.  I refused to take my vitamins and ate whatever I saw.   I finished the stupid chips also ate my husbands chocolate carby cereal and the badness continued.  Didn't measure anything.  Fortunately I was too tired to leave the house cause it could have gotten worse.  So today I must have a food plan.  I feel lowsy emotionally and physically and from eating whatever I wanted yesterday and not taking my vitamins.   I'm only 11 weeks out I'm really scared how I'll be when I lose some restriction.  I can say that my TMO is coming but no excuse.    Here's my food plan for the day.  Check it on MFP tomorrow to see if I really do it.  I HAVE GOT TO get back on course and kick this nonsense in the butt!

Breakfast: Quest protein bar

Snack: Greek Yogurt / blueberries

Lunch: Egg with spinach

Snack: Protein shake

Dinner: Chicken with olives, string beans

Snacks: 2 oz cheese or ricotta (not sure)

Excersize maybe unless I decide to clean tonight and I'll get it that way.

Vitamins and fluids planning on it.
