Day 1 = NO COFFEE.  So in the last year I had read how POSSIBLY caffeine can HINDER weight loss and the "negative" affects it CAN have on the body.  Being how I drink it EVERYDAY I was like nawwww.  Given how I have ALSO read about the "positive" affects that caffeine can have on the body and how I drink it EVERYDAY I was like YEAAAAAHHHH.  After Keith's youtuber AND the fact that I just ran out of my creamer I am giving it a go for the remainder of March.

B:  Green Protein Shake (Almond Milk; Protein; Flax Meal; Spinach; Carrot)
S:  Low Carb Muffin; ******g Green Tea (lol)
L:  Spaghetti Squash; Meat Sauce
S:  Chicken Liver; Celery
S:  Low Carb Muffin post workout
D:  Prime Rib; Spinach

Water:  5/14
Vitamins:  Check
Exericse:  Intro Kettlebells

There is VERY little chance of me giving up my morning cup of black coffee. LOL

No coffee for me today either! You are setting a trend here. I made Candice's low carb pumpkin cream cheese muffins. Two things, even though I read through the recipe 5 times before making and 5 times while making it, I still forgot the baking powder. Duh! Then another thing, I only filled each cupcake liner 1/2 so I had enough batter for 8 and it was supposed to be recipe for 6, so my calorie and other counts are off, but I am still going to eat them anyway. They still taste good to me since I haven't had anything remotely like this since September. I have ingredients left over so I will try again this weekend.

B: greek yogurt, chai herbal tea

L: salmon and sugar snap peas

S: small pumpkin cream cheese muffin

D: southwestern chicken soup

Water: on track for 15 cups today

My muffin tin is smaller then hers so mine makes 12.  And I just plug the ingredients into MFP because you never know about which protein powder she uses, etc etc, and put my serving size.  If you'd like an idea of how much it is if you take 170x6 (her recipe) = 1020 and then divide by how many you made which is 8 you "basically" would have 128 calories per muffin =)

I actually had a LARGE can of pumpkin so I've been making these since January (just kept buying cream cheese, lol).  My last 2 batches I had taken 1/4 cup of pumpkin and just put it in a few snack bags and froze it =)

Detoxing after all that heavy southern food I consumed the past three days!

L: 2oz. rotisserie chicken w/o the skin and a little mixed green salad

S: clementine and organic popcorn

D: I'm thinking I will make eggface's chicken bella tonight.  Being an Italian girl with an Italian husband, I'm a little leery about using jarred sauce (that's a nonna no-no) but WTH!  lol

S: SF popsicles

Water: didn't even finish my first cup yet :\

Vits: forgot them at home, need two more calcium chews tonight!

X: probably nothing.  I'm exhausted and tomorrow will be a kickboxing double header for me!  (kickboxing + personal training w/ kickboxing instructor)

I have bigger problems than whether or not to drink coffee.  I am freaking out!!  I am at the beach in the middle of a coastal storm.  The wind is howling, the rain is driving and there is lightening and thunder.  The cat and I are hunkered down under the covers, but I can't wait for this thing to pass.
