Hey when you start eating real food try ONLY adding like 1 food every 3 days. If you don't have acid something you are eating is causing it and that's the only way I know of to find out WHAT that food is. Mine is a certain brand of coffee, corn, to****o far).

It's just easier for me...I dont have to think about food, dont get hungry, and love love love the shakes so its like an all day comfort food fest :)

L- I toasted slice healthy life low carb bread, dab of mayo, 2oz turkey, 1/2 slice sandwich dill pickle
S- lf cottage cheese, 1 diced strawberry, 1/2 packet Splenda
D- 2.5 oz taco meet (lauras lean gr beef)bit of cottage cheese, bit of salsa, scant amnt romaine lettuce
S- 1/2 quest cookie dough bar
V-y
X- ran and walked dog for total of 5mi
W- behind
I have a chest cold and am freezing!!! Hope I'm not getting sick.
B Cottage cheese
L 1/3 Subway double chicken chopped salad, no dressing
D More salad or some other meat/veg
S Jerky and cheese
Vitamins and water are done
