D: I am working late tonight, so I will stop off at Whole Foods and get the seared Albacore tuna and cucumbers from their sushi department. I always ask for extra ginger.
Late night snack: I will come home after 9:00 PM today and will probably want something. I am thinking about some soup or hot cereal with flax seed meal and lite vanilla soy milk. Will see what I am up for tonight.

Resting tonight. Had great Jazzercise class last night.
All liquids and enjoying it - managed to stick to 630 cals yesterday and so far, on track to do the same.
