L - Atkins Beef Merlot w/ Broccoli (didn't feel like cooking on Sunday, need to cook something tonight for the rest of the week) I will only eat half

D - Ground Beef something or other (I am thinking Pizza Hash

E - Need to Run tonight but may skip it because I have a lot of work to do

G - no sleep, no veggies, no gym, not a great day for goals

B: Coffee, half of a scrambled egg and 1 piece of bacon

L: 4 large shrimp w/ ****tail sauce & 2 bites of a crab cake

S: 1/2c. of fruit salad

D: 2oz Swai and a few bites of broccoli

B:Two eggs sunny side up.

L:  Taco meat with grilled veggies in butter lettuce

D: I am working late tonight, so I will stop off at Whole Foods and get the seared Albacore tuna and cucumbers from their sushi department.  I always ask for extra ginger. 

Late night snack:  I will come home after 9:00 PM today and will probably want something.  I am thinking about some soup or hot cereal with flax seed meal and lite vanilla soy milk.  Will see what I am up for tonight.

D: southwest chicken soup or leftover braised beef short rib and roasted brussel sprouts from my dinner out the other night

All liquids and enjoying it - managed to stick to 630 cals yesterday and so far, on track to do the same.

I ordered some samples from About Time- mocha mint and cinnamon swirl - hopefully will get those soon and like them :)

My back is killing me so no exercise.
