B- coffee w/sug free creamer, 1 turkey sausage
L- 1.5 oz salmon on cucumber slices (4) w/ remoulade dressing 1/2 T
D- grilled chicken on 1/4 bed romaine lettuce, hard boiled egg, bits of cucumber, tomato with 1/2 T cucumber dressing
S- ff cottage cheese, 1 diced strawberry, 1/2 packet Splenda
V- yes
X- walked 3.4mi briskly (45 min)
Back on track (and down a half pound after my big weekend with the hubby - all that walking must have overshadowed all the crap eating and margaritas LOL)
B - cottage cheese
L - 1/3 of double chicken chopped salad (no cheese or dressing) at Subway, 1/2 oatmeal cookie (okay, mostly back on track)
D - Taco salad or fajita meat and stuff, we're going out tonight
S - jerky and laughing cow
Water and vitamins are done.

I'm traveling for work in the land of fried delicious delights, South Carolina! I did try a bite of fried green tomatoes last night because I've never had them before. Tastes like fried eggplant, nothing special but glad I tried it. Conference food for all day today ugh.
B: a little bit of Buffett scrambled eggs and a bite of sausage
s: half a chewy bar (forgot my protein bars at work ugh!)
L: half a hamburger with a little cheese (no bun) a pickle and some salad
D: god only knows!! Conference dinner in a hotel ballroom Buffett style...hopefully I can pick my way through. Why is fried chicken everywhere I turn? Lol
