Pity party Monday

Theresa!  We are twins!    :(     6 months out this week for me, 62 lbs lost (20 was the 2 week pre-op).   I bust ass working out, running, yoga and weight training.  *which I might recommend for you, as muscle burns fat and boosts metabolism.  

But my scale doesnt'budge either, it bounces between 171 and 174 and thats it.   Since Dec 12!!!
