I think we have all been "drunk: on good feelings and fun during Shelluary. Are you s...loure it isn't Sharch or Marshell coming up...lol.  It has been fun to get to know your wit, wisdom, and determination.

I keep going down, I am 105.2 today which is much better.  I want to go below the 105 lbs tomorrow.  I  have quite a weekend planned, so I need the room.

B: five egg bites at 30 calories each. 150 calories

S: protein shake after my workout.  150 calories

L:  Alan's homemade chili about 150 calories maybe closer to 200.

S: I am going to skip it today

D: Half a trout grilled with lemon and garlic and my beat salad.

L: 1/3 apple diced with 1/2 c. cottage cheese, mixed with cinnamon and SF vanilla Torani

S: Starkist Tuna Creations in the sweet and spicy flavor, probably coffee later

D: Rotisserie chicken breast, steamed broccoli

S: Chobani mixed w/ SF Torani and cinnamon and/or 1/2 a warm Click shake w/ SF whipped topping and SF caramel drizzle

Liquids: Plugging away. 

Vits: Half done, will finish when I get home. 

Exercise: Off night. (Killed at the gym yesterday though)

Crazy busy day is halfway over. I little heavy on the nuts. It happens when we are trying to get every doctor appt done in one day.

B: Protein coffee shake

No workout tonight. Chiropractor said to take it easy.

I'm having a really hard food day and was scouring the thread to see if I could come up with some ideas. If not it is a greek yogurt protein smoothie this evening. All I had planned made me nauseated and I went back to the drawing board. A pain since yesterday was so spot on for numbers.

S: 125ml of apple juice (was having food issues this morning)
Calories: 55, Fat: 0g, Carbs: 14g, Sugar: 13g, Protein: 0g

B: Fig bottom Okios 0% (took me 3 hours to convince myself food was GOOD - this happened pre-op and still happens now)
Calories: 90, Fat: 0g, Carbs: 13g, Sugar: 9g, Protein: 8g

L: 10 Crunchmaster multi-grain crackers (gluten free/corn free), 2 Schneider turkey pepperettes, 30g roasted garlic goat cheese.
Calories: 290, Fat: 15.5g, Carbs: 18g, Sugar: 1g, Protein: 21g (higher carbs and calories then I typically do but I was/am struggling today and my day still balances at the end)

D: 1 Bluewater Grilled Alaskan Filet (herb & garlc), and 1 tablespoon of Casbah Wild Forest Mushroom Couscous
Calories: 120, Fat: 3.3g, Carbs: 8g, Sugar: 0.3g, Protein: 15.5g

S: Tassimo Skinny Chai Latte x 2 to go to meeting

S: 3/4 cup of 0% Oikos with 1/4 cup of strawberries cut small.

Calories: 737, Fat: 18.9g, Carbs: 70.4g, Sugar: 34.6g, Protein: 71.8g

*ponders some options and tries to come up with another 20 g protein*
 

Water: We're not friends so herbal tea, etc. On track for 10 + cups of fluid today (8 so far)

Vitamins: On track for the day.

Exercise: I'm lazy... only 1.5 km today. Maybe another .5 tonight if I walk home from my meeting.

First time doing this! 

B:  Coffee with SF cream, splenda and Isopur zero carb protein powder (day 2 on this,  the taste is fine but I feel kinda icky afterward). 

S:  4 pieces of turkey bacon. 

L:  4 pieces of turkey bacon.  I normally wouldn't eat the bacon twice but I was feeling very gross all morning/early afternoon after I had the protein powder,  like it was swirling around my belly. 

D:  Lean beef tips and gravy with maybe 3 teaspoons of rice.  

I made my protein quota and was under in carbs even though I ate 8 pieces of bacon! 

V: Got it. 

W:  Erm,  kinda off today. 

E:  Walking around car lots with the old man looking for trucks all afternoon!
