I keep going down, I am 105.2 today which is much better. I want to go below the 105 lbs tomorrow. I have quite a weekend planned, so I need the room.

Crazy busy day is halfway over. I little heavy on the nuts. It happens when we are trying to get every doctor appt done in one day.

I'm having a really hard food day and was scouring the thread to see if I could come up with some ideas. If not it is a greek yogurt protein smoothie this evening. All I had planned made me nauseated and I went back to the drawing board. A pain since yesterday was so spot on for numbers.
S: 125ml of apple juice (was having food issues this morning)

B: Fig bottom Okios 0% (took me 3 hours to convince myself food was GOOD - this happened pre-op and still happens now)

Exercise: I'm lazy... only 1.5 km today. Maybe another .5 tonight if I walk home from my meeting.

B: Coffee with SF cream, splenda and Isopur zero carb protein powder (day 2 on this, the taste is fine but I feel kinda icky afterward).
S: 4 pieces of turkey bacon.
L: 4 pieces of turkey bacon. I normally wouldn't eat the bacon twice but I was feeling very gross all morning/early afternoon after I had the protein powder, like it was swirling around my belly.
D: Lean beef tips and gravy with maybe 3 teaspoons of rice.
I made my protein quota and was under in carbs even though I ate 8 pieces of bacon!

W: Erm, kinda off today.
E: Walking around car lots with the old man looking for trucks all afternoon!
