B: One turkey sausage link and 4 oz of Live Active Cottage Cheese
S: Premier Protein Shake
L: 2/3 of a leftover crabcake from Carrabbas (check out the nutritional stats on those on MFP or Carrabba's website... really yummy and lower carb/calorie) and 1 oz of hamburger with cheese
D: Small spinach salad and either more hamburger or tuna
E: Finally did what I have been telling myself to do and went to the gym after I dropped my stepson off!! YAY! Did elliptical and some arms weights
W: Have had about 6 cups so far
V: Will take tonight with dinner

1: three egg whites fried in scant Pam, three turkey sausage links
2: 2 oz Target grilled chicken breast strips, one RF string cheese stick, one tomato slice
3: 6 oz nonfat plain Greek yogurt, 2 tbsp SF syrup, .5 scoop unflavored protein powder
4: 3 oz Target grilled chicken breast strips, two LC RF cheese wedges, .25 c broccoli
vitamins and fluids: on track
exercise: bike
B: Mini Babybel light + tablespoon of peanut butter
S: Peanuts/almonds
L: 6 grilled chicken nuggets from Chickfila
S: 1/2 cup FF cottage cheese + mini Babybel light
D: Not sure, but probably 3 Jennie O Turkey meatballs with 1/4 cup of tomato sauce and a sprinkle of 2% cheese
S: SF popsicle + apple
Exercise: 45 minutes of elliptical
Water: On track
Going out of town AGAIN tomorrow... Ugh.
Grilled Chicken nuggets from Chickfila are the best!! I get them anytime I am out and need something to eat with a boost of protein... But beware the diet lemonade... I didn't realize but I guess since they use real lemons and its very pulpy, a large gives you 9 carbs! Not horrible if it fits into your plan but I wasn't aware until after I had a couple of them over the past few weeks.
