Well yesterday was a great eating day for me ... 710 calories. I told slimpickins that I would just take this 1 day at a time. I am planning for a good day today but dinner is undecided because my friend will pick something for us.
B: Chike Iced Coffee Shake w/8 ounces of unsweetened almond milk & 8 ounces of water
S: I plan to avoid snacks today!
L: Shredded Chicken w/ a sprinke of jack cheese from my soft tacos (minus the tortilla) I do plan to stay away from the chips & salsa. It feels good right now to limit the extra carbs.
D: ? something yummy & low carb I hope!
Water & Vits are on track. I drank plenty of water yesterday & feel better already.

Yay!!
I decided to eat clean today again, too. Went a little heavier on the nuts than I like, but that happens when I try to shove every doctor/orthdontist appt I can fit into the one day my kids have off. Otherwise, the day was high protein and lots of water. I even crammed in some veggies. WOOT!
I have WLS monthly meeting tonight.
