Ms. Shell I would love your protein pumpkin muffing recipe, please?

B: string cheese and coffee
L: 3 oz. albacore tuna, mayo, onions, dill relish wrapped in a low carb tortilla
D: 2 oven fried hot wings, 1/4 cup of rosemary and garlic rice, and 20 carrot chips
with LF ranch dressing for dipping.
S: sea salt almonds

W: on track
V: done
E: walking for 10 minutes with my walker

L: 3oz Turkey meatballs with 1oz mozz cheese and pizza sauce
S: 4oz greek yogurt with SF fruit preserves
D: 4oz Dijon chicken breast

Water: 36 oz down some more to go

exercise: tonight doing a 3mile walk/jog plus my abbdominal crunches

S: Elina's GCS (Green Chicken Soup)

D: hamburger, no bun, with pickles and mustard

Exercise: 1 hour or shoveling snow done, Also just did another 30 minutes of shoveling to remove a layer of ice. Karate tonight.

Water: 8/13 done

L: 6 count grilled chicken nuggets from Chickfila

D: Out for friend's birthday... Probably grilled chicken with hummus

S: Sugar free popsicle and apple

Exercise: 30 minutes strength training and 45 minutes of cardio
