Whatcha eating today VSGers...Wednesday!!!
I am stressed so my head is telling me to eat but I am doing a good job of ignoring the voices! My daughter is leaving for the military in less than two weeks. She has been my homebody and I am really going to miss her. I will see her in May and then it may be a year. She has never been away from home. It will be the best thing for her but I am still going to miss her.
B: Chicken Leg
L: 2.5 oz tuna salad
D: Pork Chop/Asparagus
S: 1/2 cup cottage cheese
string mozzarella cheese
I have been eating extra clean for the past few days and the scale shows it. I am going to keep at it through Friday.
B: I had one a half eggs with about 1/3 chicken and apple sausage scramble. My husband ate the rest, so I am not certain on the exact amount, but this seems right
L: Alan's homemade taco meat with veggies (it's really more of a chili) with hot sauce and a little lite sour cream.
D: Alan's (well actually Frisco's) Chicken salad
I am going to try to stay away from snacking today, but if I need a fourth meal, I will make my hot cereal ( two Tbs. flax seeds, 1/4 cup lite vanilla soy slender, splenda, and cinnamon, cooked for 45 sec. in microwave). Sometimes I have to play with the numbers to get the consistency that I like. But it is usually around 120-150 calories of yummyness. I love having this at night, it helps with my sweet tooth.

S- 6 turkey pepperoni slices, 1 slice of Boars head pepper jack cheese
L- 1/2 can tuna, 1 T tartar sauce, 4 cucumber slices and 1 slice turkey
D- 2.5 ounces baked chicken and broccoli
E- 3.2mi run and 2.5mi walk(completed)
W- ok
I will break this stall!!!!
I've been a real mush this week. Just feeling tired and icky and I haven't grocery shopped or meal planned AT ALL. I'm the worst. I'm also SO SICK OF FOOD. Seriously, if I didn't need to eat, I probably wouldn't at this point. BLAH.
B: pumpkin cream cheese protein muffin
L: some smoked turkey, a slice of pepperjack cheese, red onions and jalapenos on half a whole wheat tortilla. Did not eat the whole thing.
S: some baked Lay's and half a Quest bar before kickboxing to get me goin!
D: Making Chicken Paprika lightened up and I will have just a half cup with NOTHING on the side. I don't need starch and I don't need veggies, no matter how much I love them!
S: SF popsicles
Water: gulping on my second 32oz. cup
Vitamins: one more calcium
X: KICKBOXING TONIGHT! Hopefully it wakes me the HECK UP.
