I know and I am sure that is why I am yo yoing right now. I am working two jobs right now and in crunch time on one of them and the other is an hour drive each way plus I still gotta get my exercise in and cook my food. The only thing that can give right now is sleep.

Have you tried Melatonin? It works wonders for my son who has a sleep disorder!!!!

I'm having a good day today. Haven't seen the scale move but I know someday it will. I will persevere!

I hate this week already and it's only half way through...it has to get better, right?

D: hopefully i'll be out buying a car finally sooo a late dinner/snack when I get home.
