G - No sleep again last night, no veggies on the agenda, brought a snack today, running tonight
1: three egg whites fried in scant Pam, three turkey sausage links
2: Unjury Chicken Soup protein drink (not making the Unjury Strawberry Sorbet mistake again)
3: two RF string cheese sticks, .25 c green beans
4: 3 oz grilled chicken strips from Target, 2 LC RF cheese wedges, .25 c green beans
vitamins and fluids: catching up
exercise: walk, bike
Moderation is a dirty word.
I hate this week already and it's only half way through...it has to get better, right?

L: sundried tomato chicken, green beans
S: fresh strawberries, turkey/cheese (and maybe another chike if I can't resist)
D: hopefully i'll be out buying a car finally sooo a late dinner/snack when I get home.
