I was making a nice pork tenderloin for supper and potatoe scallop for the family. I was going to bake a sweet potatoe for me. Well, I forgot and decided to have scallop to! I usually don't measure. But, I did tonight. 3ozs of pork and half cup of scallop is all I could handle. I ate the meat first! Just a FYI... I didn't have many carbs today and didn't mind splurging on the white potatoes.

Just lettin ya'll know what a 42f handles this far out!

Hugs

Donna

PS. I don't do we'll measuring... So it's nice to know I'm under.. Because 3ozs looked about 5 to me!

I was kind of too full tonight. I should of stayed with the 3ozs of meat and started with a 1/4c of scallop. Lesson learned!...I have days nothing fills me, but, those are the days I eat sliders and noooo dense protein!

Good to hear!! Eat right and it works! Go figure! My doctor does a lose 32. I'm guessing that may have me at a 36, but I don't know. If a 42F can rock as much as you have then I'm golden!

I didn't ask my surgeon ahead of time because I knew whether a 32 or a 42, I would do it either way!
