B- Protein Coffee and 2 ounces of sharp cheddar cheese
L- Mcdonalds Grilled Onion cheeseburger. Feels like a brick in my stomach.
D- 2 slices of veggie pizza, thin crust

W & V Good
E.- Walked 5 minutes with my walker
