Water- I have been getting 12-13 cups per day now and scale was down 1.7 pounds today

G - Not great sleep last night, no veggies today, gym is iffy at best since its Friday and Sushi night.

L- 3 oz of baked chicken breast and cracker barrel white cheddar cheese bar

Water - on track for 12 cups

Exercise- 60 min of the 4 mile walk away the pounds dvd and some light cleaning of the house
I think my stall is slowly but surely starting to break...that weight gain for no reason absolutely did me in...but I think it was my body readjusting and now I am within 4/10's of a pound of my lowest weight so far...so I will keep going. Have to say the brussel sprouts were better with the lc cheese....

Ms Shell, thanks for today's Shelluary quote (and all of the others ones, too). That one hit home directly on my co-op situation today and provided some good perspective, believe it or not. :)
