Water- I have been getting 12-13 cups per day now and scale was down 1.7 pounds today

B- Chobani greek yogurt carmel w/ pinnapple chunk flavor 3.5 oz and one scrambled egg

S- Turkey pepperoni 17 slices

L- 3 oz of baked chicken breast and cracker barrel white cheddar cheese bar

S- Half of a premier chocolate protein shake and atkins peanut carmel cluster bar

D- 3 oz of baked chicken breast

Water - on track for 12 cups

Vits- on track

Exercise- 60 min of the 4 mile walk away the pounds dvd and some light cleaning of the house

I think my stall is slowly but surely starting to break...that weight gain for no reason absolutely did me in...but I think it was my body readjusting and now I am within 4/10's of a pound of my lowest weight so far...so I will keep going.  Have to say the brussel sprouts were better with the lc cheese....

Ms Shell, thanks for today's Shelluary quote (and all of the others ones, too).  That one hit home directly on my co-op situation today and provided some good perspective, believe it or not.  :)

1:   1 scoop Unjury Chocolate Splendor with water

2:   3 Sargento RF string cheese sticks

3:   .75 c 1% cottage cheese, 1 tomato slice

4:   1 can of water-packed sardines, 2 LC RF cheese wedges, .25 c green beans if I can

fluids and vitamins:  doing well today, considering I have to fit it in around co-op responsibilities

exercise:  walking and steps
