Stop sitting around WAITING for a change to happen because guess what if you aren't doing something to change it how is it going to happen?  Even changing your attitude is YOU changing it.  I used to say (and to some degree still say) that I detest exercise but you know what, while I may not like it, I am changing my attitude about it and still doing it anyway.  BE the change you want!!  

B:  Coffee; Low Carb Pumpkin Muffin
S:  Egg Salad
L:  Meat Sauce over Spaghetti  Squash
S:  Chicken Vegetable Soup
D:  Chicken w/Mashed Cauliflower  

Water:  8/16
Vitamins:  On track
Exercise:  1 Hour Kettlebells (done!!!!)

B: cojack cheese stick and 4 turkey pepps

L: a slice of mozz cheese, tomato, and bean sprouts on half a piece of olive bread.  the carb monster is out to play today!

S: apple with greek PB2 yogurt dip

D: leftover baked chicken tacquitos! Yum!

S: probably just SF popsicles

Vits: two more calciums to go

Fluid: need more as usual

X: not tonight, kickboxing killed it last night!

Ms. Shell you're using kettlebells? Those things are hardcore! I was sore for days after I worked out with those darn things!!!

B: Chike coffee protein shake

S: Cottage cheese w/ SF vanilla Torani, cinnamon and a packet of Equal

L: 1/2 small Wendy's chili, 2 saltines

S: Probably coffee

D: Didn't end up going out last night, so will most likely have a grilled chicken salad somewhere tonight. Last night I stayed home and had a scrambled egg. 

S: Dunno. I usually have GY or cottage cheese at the end of the night. 

Liquids: Not too bad. 

Vits: Will take when I get home. 

Exercise: Probably not tonight. I've been really sucky at that this week.

E:  arly AM working - 45 mins on the elliptical, followed by a 15 min run. Will walk the dog later.

L: KFC original recipe chicken thigh, cole slaw

S: maybe KFC original recipe chicken leg

D: Z Tejas w/ my sister, her hubby & my adorable godson Liam for dinner & drinks.  I plan on having my usual "Shrimp & Guacamole Tostada Bites" w/ a 20th Anniversary Raspberry Margarita.  I did pretty good all week so this is my treat.  Back on track tomorrow.  It's all about getting back on track & staying focused!

I am so glad to be back on!

I started out ok I had 2 pieces of turkey bacon and a piece of low cal toast. I am trying to get back on track. I have gained 12 pounds since this past summer. I have to get myself back together. I can't go back. I just can't I will keep track of what you all are eating so that I can have ideas of making better menu choices because I'm not happy with the weight gain
