Stop sitting around WAITING for a change to happen because guess what if you aren't doing something to change it how is it going to happen? Even changing your attitude is YOU changing it. I used to say (and to some degree still say) that I detest exercise but you know what, while I may not like it, I am changing my attitude about it and still doing it anyway. BE the change you want!!

Ms. Shell you're using kettlebells? Those things are hardcore! I was sore for days after I worked out with those darn things!!!

D: Didn't end up going out last night, so will most likely have a grilled chicken salad somewhere tonight. Last night I stayed home and had a scrambled egg.
S: Dunno. I usually have GY or cottage cheese at the end of the night.
Liquids: Not too bad.
Vits: Will take when I get home.
Exercise: Probably not tonight. I've been really sucky at that this week.

D: Z Tejas w/ my sister, her hubby & my adorable godson Liam for dinner & drinks. I plan on having my usual "Shrimp & Guacamole Tostada Bites" w/ a 20th Anniversary Raspberry Margarita. I did pretty good all week so this is my treat. Back on track tomorrow. It's all about getting back on track & staying focused!

I started out ok I had 2 pieces of turkey bacon and a piece of low cal toast. I am trying to get back on track. I have gained 12 pounds since this past summer. I have to get myself back together. I can't go back. I just can't I will keep track of what you all are eating so that I can have ideas of making better menu choices because I'm not happy with the weight gain
