Love this post! I have been having talks with myself. I am a VERY picky eater and have told myself that once the WLS happens, I will start over. Pretend I have no clue what I like and don't like.. start from scratch. Try it and see if I like it. Even seafood (which I currently would not touch with a 10 foot pole).

great post mac. you are so right that you really have to be prepared to change your relationship with food and effectively "start over". I too had to wait awhile to have surgery and spend the time educating myself (i e chatting with you). its so worth while. You were and still are a great inspiration. thanks. diane
