So true Ms Shell!!! and I worked my ass off today in the gym....I want to be at my first goal and I am working for it! BTW I feel great!
PreB: 6oz Coffee with SF Vanilla Caramel powdered creamer
B: Crumbled turkey sausage and egg white scramble with parmesan cheese sprinkles
L: 2 small chicken wings with skin off and a dab of honey mustard and one mozzarella cheese stick
S: Oikos 0% Greek yogurt - Honey (so f'n good!!)
D: No idea....some high protein leftover frozen meal with a little veggie
V: Yes!
W: 32 oz and counting.....drinking more now!
E: 15/20/15 cardio workout and arms and abs
