First day back at work since the LBL, and I'm still going!

b:  protein shake; pork chop

l:  chili relleno/refried beans

s:  latte

d:  Greek yogurt and a Lortab and bed

water - on track

vites - done

exercise - on restriction

Started my day off with Biggest Loser Last Chance Workout. I'm quite sore. 

Pre BK - chike coffee shake

Bk - low carb tortilla, deli meat and cheese, coffee

S: more coffee 

L: beef/veggies

S: chike coffee shake

D: more beef and veggies

S: probably protein pancakes

 

Im going to swim tonight after work.

So true Ms Shell!!! and I worked my ass off today in the gym....I want to be at my first goal and I am working for it! BTW I feel great!

PreB: 6oz Coffee with SF Vanilla Caramel powdered creamer

B: Crumbled turkey sausage and egg white scramble with parmesan cheese sprinkles

L: 2 small chicken wings with skin off and a dab of honey mustard and one mozzarella cheese stick

S: Oikos 0% Greek yogurt - Honey (so f'n good!!)

D: No idea....some high protein leftover frozen meal with a little veggie

V: Yes!

W: 32 oz and counting.....drinking more now!

E: 15/20/15 cardio workout and arms and abs

 

 

HW: 235, SW: 227, CW: 152.0, 83 lbs lost since 10/22/12 --Fear less, hope more, eat less, chew more, whine less, breathe more, talk less, say more, hate less, love more, and good things will be yours.

B=1 egg overeasy with slice provolone

S=orange

L=egg salad and 2 dill pickles

S=RTD shake

D=3 oz chicken ( rotissery) sugar snap peas

W= Yup

V=Yup

X= not yet...kinda upset tummy right now...
