Whatcha eating today VSGers...Tuesday!!!
Went away to the Poconos for the weekend with 9 close friends...totally screwed myself with eating! Everything was mostly healthy but I grazedddd for dayyyyssss like a cow! UGH. Didn't even step on the scale...just going straight back in to basics this week and hoping for the best!
B: nothing...woke up late!
L: half a chicken cutlet breaded in almond meal, some parmesan cheese, and sage
S: turkey pepperoni and cojack cheese stick and possibly half a quest bar before kickboxing
D: baked chicken tacquitos for husband...might just eat the inside mix or use wonton wrappers since they are a little more low carb.
S: SF popsicles!
Fluid: 32oz down...
Vits: forgot them this morning! I was really a disaster haha

All this talk of Chike is making me want to research it. For the past couple of days I have been wanting coffee, but since I like some coffee with my cream and sugar, so to speak, I've not been giving in to the desire. If I could justify coffee and some WL-friendly carbs with PROTEIN, however ... :) Anyway ...
1: 3 egg whites fried in scant Pam, .5 c JD turkey sausage crumbles
2: 3 Sargento RF string cheese sticks
3: .5 c 1% cottage cheese
4: 3 oz 98% FF deli turkey, 2 LC RF cheese wedges, and .25 c tomato slices and dill pickles in some sort of roll-up thingy arrangement
After my misadventure yesterday of combining Fage and Roadside Lemonade protein powder, I have learned that Gas-X strips are my new best friends. :)

exercise: bike and walking and carting things up and down stairs again (which is MUCH easier to do now than it used to be!!)
I'm feeling so tired & run down but at least I can breathe now, yay!!!
So if I want anything I need to work at it? Damn ... (giggle) so true Ms. Shell. Nothing worthwhile in life comes easy, that's for sure!!!
