If you want ANYTHING you have to work for it. If you fear it then you don't do the things you HAVE to do in order to achieve it because you have already defeated yourself before you even tried.

D: probably more salmon because it was to die for. Made it last night at 1000 and portioned it out for the week.

It sure is true that we have to work hard to get what we want. My stall broke, I think, and I have re-lost the 4 pounds I gained, I hope for good.

B: Chike shake (Had my first last night, I'm such a Click fan I was hesitant, but I have to admit I loved it. Will be alternating between the two!)
S: Orange juice (Yes, that's right. First real juice in almost 9 months. But I haven't slept in almost 48 hours and my sugar was crashing.) Later some coffee w/ a mini moo and 1 Equal packet
L: Cinnamon cottage cheese
S: More coffee
D: 0% Chobani w/ SF vanilla Torani + 2 strawberries, 1 Equal packet, a couple raw baby carrots on the side
S: Dunno. Probably won't be awake. If I am probably something easy like turkey pepperoni or sandwich meat.
Liquids: Working on it.
Vits: Done.
Exercise: Um no. Using toothpicks to hold open my eyelids at this point.

The coffee of course Ahhhmazing! I made it with skim milk and it was so smooth and yummy. I added a splash of caramel Torani to it. Delicious!!!
B - Syntha 6 Chocolate Peanut Butter Protein Shake with Instant Coffee and Carmel Machiato Creamer and some Fage 2% Greek Yogurt with some Smuckers Sugar Free Cherry Preserves
L - Quick Spicy Turkey Chili and Mixed Greens Salad with Annies Lite Gingerly Dressing (love this stuff)
D - No idea, wife is having some sort of party so I will have to bust in to use the microwave, probably chili again
S - Might need to get some more protein in

W - On track but not very thirsty today so its tough
