This is one of the few products that I do use these days. I'm trying to eat as clean as I can, but I cannot stand Greek yogurt by itself or those Torani syrups, so I'll stir in some of the caramel dip, it's pretty good.
But yeah... I'm kind of like "okay, so WHAT is it then" but it's a trade off for me. So, I don't do yogurt but once or twice per week these days.

Yeah, not sweet enough to cut the sour of the greek yogurt :)

Its not necessarily truly zero calorie - extremely low calorie possibly. In this country you can label anything zero calorie if it has fewer than 5 calories per serving.
Now that said - they have access to chemicals and equipment we lowly home makers don't. For example thay can use pure forms of sucralose for sweetening without the nast bulking agents I talked about in my other post. They have access to flavor extracts and compounds that we don't.
I love Walden Farms pancake syrup. Its basically maple flavor, sucralose, and cellulose gum (for thickening). Yes - cellulose gum = wood pulp. I know that and eat it anyway, LOL. Add a little preservative - yummy sodium benzoate - and thats it.
Its also why their fruit spreads have the consistency of concrete and that lovely petrochemical smell.

I love most walden farms products and use them in cooking quite a bit - look up my blondie protein bar recipe or double chocolate protein fudge brownie recipe.
The fruit spreads are just horrible. They have an OK taste, but the textures are just awful. They spread like coagulated concrete. Even my food processor couldn't disintegrate them.
They have no expiration date because they are purely chemical. There is no natural fat or pectin in them (i.e. the problem with the fruit spreads) to go rancid and spoil. Thats why you don't find expiration dates.
