Isopure Zero Carb unflavored reviews?

I just ordered some from Amazon and I read through the reviews and some people loved the stuff and said they mixed with every thing from shakes to soup and had no issues with the foamy/milky thing but other people said that it did have a sweet flavor and was clumpy.  Who to believe?  I definitely need more protein and I am over the sweet powders and don't use them at all anymore.  Anyone use them? Love it/hate it? I just dropped 50 bucks on it!

Thanks.

I've only tried the RTD version. I hated them, but I have no clue for the powder. Sorry!

Most proteins will clump when added to heat. Not sure why. I have seen other people talk about tempering them by adding them to room temp water and mixing thoroughly before adding it to hot liquid. I have not tried any of the unflavored protein powders. With full foods I am not having any trouble getting proteins from whole foods. I do have one protein shake in the morning but I don't mind sweet first thing.

I have heard more people using Unjury unflavored than IsoPure. IsoPure is a very good quality protein isolate so as for quality its a good product. I agree with others that the RTDs are terrible but if you add some Mio to it you can override the flavor.

I use Isopure unflavored (1 scoop) and Syntrax Latte (1/4 of scoop) to make my daily protein coffee. Blend it with 2 oz of water, then add to 6 oz of hot coffee. It comes out tasting almost like a real latte

Thanks for the tip. I was really looking for something to put in my coffee. I was using vanilla flavor but it was so foamy that half my cup was bubbles and I didn't like that at all! I will try this method.

I bought the drinks that are already mixed and oh my gosh I am in love!! 20 ounces, 160 calories, no carbs or fat, and 40 GRAMS OF PROTEIN!!! Answered my prayers. I have the unjury chicken soup and unflavored protein. In yogurt I can taste the unflavored if I use too much, in any soup the chicken is good, but kind of takes over whatever the soup flavor actually is. I'm going to try the isopure nonflavored after this stuff is gone.
