tell me it gets better
The first couple days seemed really bad to me, after that I discovered that if I kept my stomach full of liquids and never let myself get hungry, I did just fine. My liquid choices were 3-4 protein shakes a day (I used them for meal times), all of the water, chicken/ beef broth & crystal light that I wanted and 2 sugar free popsicles a day. I never stopped drinking. Yes, I had to pee a lot, but it was way better than feeling like I was starving. Once my husband started dinner, I went in another room or for a wal****il it was done and over with. I added 2-3 drops of extracts to my vanilla shakes, which made them tolerable shakes, such as orange, lemon, cherry & peppermint. My husband said let's try adding Better than Bouillon to my chicken / beef broths and it made them taste great!! Hang in there and remember it is only temporary :) Whenever I went out somewhere, I always took LOTS of liquids with me.
