Goal of 180 (240 lost) reached at 18 months 10 days on 4/.20/13. 57% body weight lost@180. Now on maintenance. Low weight 169.

Thank You All.... I FEEL AMAZING, so much more energy I never would have thought Id become a Gym Rat! lol I'm running my first 5K in April so that should be interesting lol

It really is noticeably how un happy I was at that time in my life! Weight sure does weigh you down!!!
