I used to do this to get my protein in...and wasn't feeling well this week. So I though what better time then to get my pictures in to share.

28g of protein in this cup of soup.

I slow cook a chicken, baby carrots, onion, and chicken broth.

I measure 3oz's of chicken in my magic blender type machine.

I add carrots

 I add fluid

I mix!

And it comes out smoooooth.... Packed with 28g of protein for 3 oz's of chicken.

I'm not really sure! I put it in frozen around 8am and set it to high. I'm thinking it was done by 1pm!  I'd jus****ch it the first time. All slow cookers cook at different speeds. Mine cooks faster... Good luck
