L: Ground round taco meat (2 oz) with a slice of cheese
S: 10 Almonds and 5 cashews
D: Not sure, maybe chicken wings
I'm being a brat and having a hissy fit because my weight has been just steadily creeping up 0.2 pounds every day since Monday and I am working my butt off here! Going to sulk in the corner...

B=1 scrambled egg
S=1/2 orange..a mineola...that squirted all over me in managers meeting
L=2.5 oz Deli turkey breast and 1/4 dill pickle
S= RTD Choc protein drink
D=2.5 oz grilled ground beef and another 1/4 pickle
W=70 oz!!! YAAAY! (Big deal for me)
V= Done
X= stairs all day..NO elevator

L: grilled goose liver, some ratatouille type veggies
D: weiner schnitzel and a small side cesar (lettuce and parmesan shavings only)
Lots of water, tea, some sunflower seeds in between. I gave 2/3 of my lunch away and 3/4 of the schnitzel....I wish I had taken a picture. You could not see the plate, the schnitzel was like a full sized pizza! It was daunting....and they looked at me like I was mad when I said I was done and the whole thing was still practically all there...
