Happy V Day VSGers!! I took my little 3 year old Valentine on a date to a trampoline park, it was super fun! :) My date with the big valentine is later :)
B: Didn't have any. I know... bad girl!
S: Cherry Tomatoes (I have an addiction)
L: Turkey and Cottage Cheese.
D: Steak, mashed cauliflower and asparagus au gratin
S: Protein Shake of some type
If my numbers allow, I will be having a chocolate chip cookie. We will see!

Exercise: Hour on my exercise bike later.
Have fun at Disney, Keith!! We went over Christmas. So fun!! :)
I screwed up. I had been doing so well. Had lost about 8 pounds and then I had a bad week and destroyed all my progress. Instead of continuing to be angry at myself I am trying to pick myself up, forgive myself and learn something from it and make the adjustments I need. SO as of today, valentines day, I am back at it.

L: 8 Grilled nuggets from chickfila
D: Not sure but it will be high protein low carb and on plan
I just did an hour of cardio (first cardio in two weeks....) and tomorrow I will get back to Barre!

Happy Valentines Day Everyone!
B: Coffee
S: 0% Chobani w/ SF chocolate Torani and 2 fresh strawberries
L: Salad bar- Greens, veggies, seeds, shredded cheese, crumbled egg and low-cal Italian dressing, also ate some topping off a slice of veggie pizza (Sometimes I miss crust )
S: SF iced coffee
D: Going out for a Valentine's dinner with the kids. In addition to their dinner menu this place serves breakfast all day so I'm ordering their special which is 1 egg, 1 slice of bacon, 1 sausage link and I'm substituting the silver dollar pancakes for cottage cheese (Hehe, their special is just $3.99 and I have a $3 off coupon!).
S: Premier shake
Liquids: Plugging away.
Vits: Mostly done. Will finish when I get home.
Exercise: Gym after dinner. 20/20/20 cardio, strength training and the sauna afterwards.

Been a little while since I've posted in here!
B - 6 oz of orange juice. I'm fighting off a bad cold which I'm afraid might actually be the flu :( so my appetite has been fickle and didn't feel like food this morning, just OJ
L - left over teriyaki chicken from the other night, and some left over Chinese food broccoli
D - Making baked eggplant parm with no breading and just the sauce/cheese
S - Gonna keep it real here- a half a piece of carrot cake/loaf thing my mother bought the other night. Tried to fight it but I lost :(
W - Not enough. Need to stay hydrated, this cold has me feeling awful!
V - Took this morning
E - Its taking all my energy to stay awake today so no lol
