Hope everyone gets plenty of luvin' on this special day. 

My boss just gave me a Valentine's Day Cake Pop but I have to be good so I plan to give it to my Bella tonight when I see her.

Of course whenever I plan to start a workout routine I get sick SO... I will take it easy & try to focus on getting at least 6 hours of sleep or I will be miserable.  I'm taking my DayQuil, NyQuil & Airborne!!! yes
