Ever "fall in love" just to have it fall apart?? That's because sometimes we get caught up in the LOVE aspect of a relationship and lose sight of the FRIEND aspect of a relationship. Build that foundation that will last!!! My friends I have for DECADES and we all know the things that annoy us and because we are friends AND love each other those things aren't the total sum of our relationship.
B: Protein/Green Smoothie (Almond Milk; Protein; Spinach; Carrot; Apple; Flax Meal)

Exercise: Couch to 5K Week 3 Day 1 (repeat)

B: 2 eggs, 3 slices turkey bacon
L: 4 ounces baked salmon
S: Eas protein shake
D: Probably lasagna- saving up some calories for it.
S: German tomato soup or another shake, depending on what I am feeling like. I have to see if I have enough carbs in before deciding.

Vits yep, multi made me sick last night and this morning
Water- goal 13 cups
Exercise-going out tonight so not sure. If I can, I will hit treadmill.

L - Mixed Green Salad and Spicy Shredded Beef
D - Gonna Try Some Grilled Chicken and a Salad Tonight

W - On Track but moving a bit slow
V - Yep
E - Tonight Upper Body and 45 min cardio
G - Eating more veggies, sleep is getting better not great, gym was bad last week focussed this week on 6 days. Going to Disney and Universal this weekend so should get some good walking in.
