not feeling super hungry today and so far haven't finished one meal I've started...which is a good thing I guess!
B: half a piece of my crustless quiche...I'm kinda over it
L: a few bites of taco meat with some lettuce and like half a piece of cauliflower pizza (no sauce)
S: cojack cheese stick and some turkey pepps...maybe half a quest bar later to up my protein
D: almond meal crusted chicken tenders (baked) maybe with some veg on the side. not feelin it today!
S: SF popsicles
Vits: two more calciums I think? I lost track!

L - 1/2 cup cream of chicken and asparagus soup and 1 hard boiled egg, 1/2 cup pepsi
S - 1/4 of a creme donut - (Yes. I know it's bad, but it IS National Donut Day)
D - not sure yet, too full to think about it.
V - b12 tablet, Flintstones with Iron, and Calcium Citrate
E - Nahhh...not today - too much laundry and packing to do for my Mountains Getaway!
