Today I'm spending the day in route to a wonderful little farm and artisan farmer's market.  Grass fed beef/chicken/etc for a bbq...

2:  3 Sargento RF string cheese sticks, five dill pickle slices

3:  three egg whites fried in scant Pam, two JD turkey sausage links

4:  4 oz canned chicken, 1 wedge LC RF cheese, one large tomato slice

fluids:  on track for 80 oz

vitamins:  on track

exercise:  looks like all-walk today  :)

halibut baked  and brocolli
