2: 3 Sargento RF string cheese sticks, five dill pickle slices
3: three egg whites fried in scant Pam, two JD turkey sausage links
4: 4 oz canned chicken, 1 wedge LC RF cheese, one large tomato slice

exercise: looks like all-walk today :)
