Breakfast- 2.5oz Center Cut Pork Bacon; 1/2 slice P28 bread with light I Can't Believe It's Not Butter and sugar free grape preserves

Snack-Fiber One 90 calorie Chocolate/caramel/Pretzel bar; 1/2 oz hot and spicy pork skins

Lunch-2oz chicken breast; 1/2 cup broccoli with low sodium soy sauce

Snack-Nutriblast shake (spinach/strawberries/blueberries/.5 banana)

Dinner-3oz chicken breat; 1/2 cup broccoli with low sodium soy sauce

Snack-maybe 4-6oz 0% Fage Greek Yogurt w/ sugar free vanilla syrup or another Nutriblast shake
