Thank you. Great advice. Like you've said in the past, this is not about going and getting some great tasting meal we love the taste of. This -- these specific instructions - are our healing medicine. We don't have to like it, and if it tastes like crap, too, too, too bad. Non negotiable medicine. Later on we can follow "Cafe Frisco" type recipes and enjoy our food, but straightway it is just holding up our end of the bargain and learning to follow compulsory instructions.

I have a quick question. I'm trying not to graze. I'm having a protein shake in the morning and soup at dinner and lunch and zero calorie drinks in between. I have added some protein powder to my soups but I'm feeling tired and weak. Can I drink protein shakes between meals ? I'm concerned that drinking the protein shakes would be grazing.
