E - I did work out last night, Upper Body and Cardio 30 tonight
G - Got some sleep but have a nasty headache today, having veggie juice tonight
I had 2 shakes, some yogurt and string cheese so far. I really hate having to force myself to eat real food and today is just one of those days I don't want to EAT anything. It's not like I feel sick I'm just not hungry and it feels counterintuitive to eat. Boy, I wish I had that problem before I got fat :/
I want a Spa day so bad!! I think with my tax refund I will save some and do some kind of spa day for myself when I hit 75 pounds lost. Enjoy your scrub!
B: 1 egg fried with two slices of turkey bacon and a dash of shredded cheese (didn't quite fini**** all)
L: 4 slices of deli ham wrapped around two slices of sharp cheddar cheese, fried in PAM, baby dill pickle
S: Roasted Almonds
D: Ground beef seasoned with taco seasoning and mixed with cheese and salsa
V: Will take tonight (I was only taking my PPI at night and was wondering why my stomach felt so bad during the day.. DUH. Taking at morning and night now)
W: Half way to 64...
E: Going to the gym tonight to do cardio and some arm weights

B: coffee protein shake and a hard boiled egg with one finn crisp multigrain cracker
L: 1 1/2 greek grilled chicken tenderloins with some kale and potato hash
S: four PB filled pretzel nuggets (TOM is coming UGH) cojack cheese stick and some turkey pepps
D: TJ's chili lime burger with a few sweet potato waffle fries on the side (baked from Alexia brand)
S: SF popsicles
Vits: one more calcium
Fluids: not bad, need more water
X: not sure if I should get my nails done, take a zumba class or do a home workout tonight LOL
