Need I elaborate? Why waste time doing anything if you aren't going to give it your all? Whether it's a lackadaisical attitude when you come to work late and leave early, or when you decide at the first of the year you are going to eat right and go to the gym, or perhaps you decide to take a promotional exam but you play around with studying (hey I'm guilty of them ALL). Just realize the only person your really hurting and time you are really wasting with these half promises is YOURS.

B:  Protein/Green Smoothie (Almond Milk; Protein; Spinach; Carrot; Apple)
S:  Coffee; Quest Protein Bar (Banana Nut Muffin)
L:  3oz Prime Rib; String Beans
S:  4oz Cottage Cheese
D:  Pho Beef Soup (no noodles)

Water:  5/13
Vitamins:  On yeah
Exericse:  Spa Day w/scrub (such the birthday life, lol)

L: grilled chicken and side salad with feta and vinaigrette

S: fage with two strawberries cut in small pieces and mixed with stevia

D: boiled shrimp and ****tail sauce, veggie

Water 12 cup goal- I may think about increasing it cause I got to 13 yesterday easily.

Vits yep-multi didn't sit so well on my tummy this morning

Ms. Shell you're preaching to the choir here! If you're going to do something do NOT half ass it. My pet peeeeeve! And unfortunately I've done it myself before too. 

B: Coffee w/ SF Coffee-mate creamer, later cottage cheese w/ 2 fresh strawberries

S: Almonds

L: Quest bar

S: 0% Chobani w/ 2 fresh strawberries, SF chocolate Torani (All out of my raspberry flavor )

D: Starkist Tuna Creations in the sweet & spicy flavor, steamed broccoli

S: A Skinny Cow snickerdoodle ice cream sandwich (Don't hate, it fits into my calories/protein plan for the day)

Liquids: Working on Special K protein lemonade right now. 

Vits: Will take after dinner. 

Exercise: Off today.

***Gotta Edit Now: I just got an email for BOGO Starbucks skinny mochas, so GY is out this afternoon and an iced skinny mocha coffee is in!

It is freakin delicious! One of the best ice cream treats I've had ever, not just under the "diet" ice cream category. It's a sandwich with oatmeal cookies and cinnamon ice cream. 

140 calories, 4 grams of protein. 

I don't count carbs, but I'm pretty sure it's carby if that's something you track. My only prereqs right now are to stay daily under 800 calories and to keep my protein above 65, so I can easily work it in once in a while.

B: nothing, I wasn't feeling well even though it's not smart to skip breakfast

S: Starbucks Iced Coffee w/SF vanilla syrup, nonfat milk

L: Carnitas, yum!

S: mint cookie protein shake... I might try a new concoction and add it to my own Starbucks VIA Veranda Blend.  Someone else who posts on here has added the mint cookie protein to their coffee so I'm gonna try it.

D: Chili Lime Cilantro Chicken, yum!

Water & Vits are on track

I already did lots of walking ... to the Old OC Courthouse, our Accounting Dept, and of course Starbucks.  It's better than nothing!

pre -bk: few bites of left over thai food from last night ( i need to stop packing someone elses lunch!)

B: flat out wrap, deli turkey, swiss cheese

S: egg salad

L: beef pot roast/veggies, small banana

S: spinach/garlic chicken sausage

D: ground turkey skinny mexican meatloaf (i use salsa instead of ketchup which has more sugar)

S: whoooo knows

 

Probably wont exercise. Part 3 of car shopping tonight though.
