S - 2 Reese cups (snack size)
L - 1/2 cup broccoli/cheese soup

E - 15 minute walk
V - Calcium and Flintstones with Iron
Tons of water throughout the day
B: mint cookie shake
S: one egg w/ peppers, onions, ww cheese and 2 slices of canadian bacon
L: 2.5 oz of shrimp
S: keepin' it real and had about 6 Lays baked bbq chips
D: maybe chicken sausage since everyone else seemed to have it today!
S: veggies and salsa
