Whatcha eating today VSGers...Wednesday!!!

I make it with very lean thinly sliced steak, not the kind in a frozen box.  I saulte the steak with onions.  Top it with some cheese, tomatoes and some hot pepper relish and serve it on a bed of lettuce, no roll.
