1:   three egg whites fried in scant Pam, two Jimmy Dean turkey sausage links

2:  .75 c 1% cottage cheese

3:   .75 c 1% cottage cheese (yup again; not going for variety, but for quality at this stage)

4:   4 oz canned chicken, 1 LC RF cheese wedge, .25 c spinach
        
610 calories, 91 g protein, 20 g carbs, 22 g fat

fluids:  on track for 80 oz

vitamins:  on track

exercise:  recumbent bike

S: some kind of crazy bread, couple bites of curry chicken

L: beef pot roast/veggies

S: if Im hungry/have time - chicken sausage, deli turkey/cheese

D: going out for Thai food - probably will have soup

 

E: probably not at the rate im going

Hi all!

PreB: coffee with SF hazelnut creamer

B: one egg white with 1oz roast beef hash

S1: light string cheese

L: Premiere Chocolate RTD shake

S2: ? Something protein....

D: 2-2.5 oz Tuscan Chicken with black soy beans and peppers

W: working on it
V: just need calcium and "softener" lol
E: not sure....maybe a 15 minute walk on treadmill

Next....

B:  Total Lean Protein Shake

S: Chicken salad w/ crackers

L:  Spinach salad w/ grilled chicken, apples, cucumbers,  & a little cashews (this was good for a few weeks now I'm really    getting tired of this.

D:  ??

Water:  need another 40oz (but for some reason I feel mighty bloated today)

Vitamins:  1 more calcium

S - cant seem to do a morning snack after having a shake
L - 2oz Tuna with a little FF miracle whip

S - if i'm feeling it...cheese of some sort usually or yogurt

Exercise - Going to Walmart and doing some walking there, might do 10 light minutes on the elliptical this afternoon. Not 100% cleared for everything yet.

B: Coffee with 1/3 cup 1% organic milk, 1 scoop Syntrax mint cookie

L: 1.8oz chicken breast, 1/2 Sargento 2% cheese stick

S: Coffee with 1/3 cup 1% organic milk, 1 scoop Syntrax Simply Vanilla + what I had for lunch (I tend to make my afternoon snack bigger for gym energy)

D: I'm making honey lime chicken enchiladas for my Honey, will eat a couple oz of the filling

S: Probably decaf coffee or tea, depends on where I am for calories and protein

V: will be done with afternoon snack

E: treadmill Monday, Pilates last night, supposed to be off tonight but thinking of sneaking in Tae Bo & taking off tmw!!
