How many of us (raises hand) have been on diets and been successful ONLY to stop being and then feel like a failure. Many people diet till goal and resume old habits and when they gain (like who didn't see that coming) feel like a failure and then continue on THAT path. Changing your life to go in whatever direction just know that when you reach that direction you might be THERE but it's not your final destination. It is truly a continuing PROCESS. So have the courage to continue to be successful.
B: Protein/Green Smoothie (Protein; Almond Milk; Spinach; Carrot; Apple; Cinnamon)
S: Coffee
L: 4oz Prime Rib; String Beans
S: String Cheese
S: Protein Shake
D: Chicken Breast (stuffed with Goat Cheese & Roasted Red Peppers)

NEXT...
One thing I told myself I vowed to do was to NEVER EVER go back to my old eating habits. Crazy for some of us to think we can diet and lose all this weight and then think we can go back to eating all that crap that got us fat in the first place. That is not to say I haven't indulged from time to time but my mindset is completely different now. I am pretty much on track MOST of time & I have to make a conscience effort but it's so worth it!
B: Hard Boiled Egg cut in 1/2 with a little spicy hummus, 3 small grape tomatoes
S: 1/2 serving of those flaming hot peanuts (I do plan on going to Starbucks in an hour before lunch to get my iced coffee!)
L: Chili Lime Cilantro Chicken (I baked more last night & I'm addicted at the moment ... so tasty & good!)
S: Quest Craving Peanut Butter Cup (I'm down to my last 3-4 packages, wah!)
D: maybe some egg salad or something quick & easy since I will be running around
Water & Vits are on track!! Just need multi but already took my iron & calcium!

B: 1/2 a muffin in a minute. My own PB /Choc flavored version.
L: About Time Vanilla protein 1 scoop with 1/4 cup mixed berries.
D: Tilapia (left over in fridge if still good) Broccoli
S: Low fat cheese of some sort.
Late nite S: The other 1/2 of the muffin in a minute.
Exercise: Plan to walk 45 mins

(86.2 lbs of that was lost since surgery date)
