Hi Miss Shell,

Here it's is for the day.

B: 1 scoop vanilla protein powder/ 8 oz almond milk/ 1/4 Cup blueberries.

L:  1/2 of Dannon Greek light

S: 1 Quest cravings PB cups (They are really good 10 protein, 5 carbs for a cup)

D:  I'm planning 2 oz chicken 1/2 oz broccoli (in fridge waiting for me)

S:  Maybe an egg or the other 1/2  of the yogurt

At some point I have to fit in another protein shake to make goal.  I'll probably make this one chocolate or throw in a vanilla with nutri-bulleted low carb veggie juice.

B:  chicken and sour cream

s:  fudgsicle

L:  Snap Pea Roll-ups..these are so good...Blanch frozen snow peas for two minutes and take them out and lay them individually on paper towel to mop up moisture.  Then take  1/2 container no fat cream cheese and mix in shredded salmon, a little green top onions or scallions, and a little garlic and mix it up.  Then spread it on each of the snap peas individually and put a little crab or salmon in the middle and roll-up and put a toothpick through it.  In the cream cheese their is 30 calories, 4 grams of protein, and no carbs. In one tablespoon of salmon there is 45 cal, 0 carbs, and 2 grams of protein.  and in 10 snap peas there is 14 cals, 2.5 carbs and 1 protein.  This is the perfect go to food for snacking during the Super Bowl I think...lol  I can only eat about 4 or 5 max and I am full.  I found this recipe and tweaked it a bit on a link Ms. Shell gave us.  You can also mix in one laugh cow chipolte cheese to the cream cheese/salmon mix and it is great.

S:  Fudgsicle

D:  Tilapia and Cottage Cheese and sweet green peas

S:  Snap pea rollups

V:  done

W:  25 oz down..and keeping on keeping on..

E:  Committed to it today....
