Day 1 of Shelluary (my birthday month celebration of ME) = "Being happy doesn't mean everything is perfect; it just means that you DECIDE to look beyond the imperfections!" ~ Unknown

I often think people on the outside looking in think some peoples lives are "perfect" well nothing in life is truly perfect, but your PERCEPTION of reality IS your reality. So stop spending time WISHING for perfection and start CREATING your OWN.  Today I weighed in and had achieved my goal for the month.

I am making some really good stuff for Superbowl on Sunday! I may have to have a "cheat day" and by that I mean eating on plan and pretending like I am eating actualy superbowl food.
