I can't believe I strolled into Popeye's for my normally .99c 2 piece with my 1.08 (ya know the evil taxes) and the register reads 1.41 they done raised the price. I was scrounging around for that extra .33 since I "budget" for the month lol. Anyway the BEST thing was I guess the folks couldn't afford the extra so there was NO line!!!
B: Protein Shake (1/2 Cup Almond Milk; Scoop Protein; Spinach, Carrot, Ginger, Blueberries)

I'm on track with my goals this week and doing great! I started the day with a protein shake and it wasn't bad but I swear I have so much more energy and I think it spurred my metabolism or something because I'm HUNGRY today.
B: coffee protein shake 1 cup brewed coffee, 1 cup unsweetened almond milk, 1 scoop vanilla protein, 2 tbsp PB2 w/ chocolate and a little hazelnut creamer for taste. It was ok and didn't make me totally nauseas lol. baby steps!
L: about 3oz grilled organic chicken breast, 1/4 cup sauteed escarole w/ very little EVOO, and about a tbsp of organic brown rice
S: cojack stick and turkey pepps!
D: leftover skinnytaste chicken rollatini from last night with some string beans
S: SF popsicles
Vits: one more calcium
Fluids: between the shake and a 32oz cup of water so far I think I'm on track!
X: third night working out this week, kickboxing tonight! YEA!

B: nothing, been running around since I had to take the day off today. Took my son directly to school then straight to Bella's eye appt. where I am at now. She had to tinkle while on the commute so we stopped off at Jack In The Box where I just ordered a large coffee. So... I guess it's a large coffee with half & half & Splenda for breakfast!
S: probably none, might eat lunch a little earlier than usual today.
L: maybe Chik Fil A grilled chicken salad w/ fat free honey mustard dressing
S: click mocha shake for some extra protein
D: chicken & mixed veggies
Water & Vits: on track baby!!

L:5 medium peel n eat shrimp, 0.5TBSP ****tail sauce, 1 slice uncured Canadian bacon w 0.5TBSP pimento/jalapeno cheese
S: Same as lunch with another protein coffee in between (this time with Syntrax vanilla...only 2 carbs)
D: 2oz Salmon with Tzatziki sauce, a few bites of asparagus and quinoa
S: Not sure, depends on what's left in the "budget"
V: will be done with afternoon snack
W: shooting for 11 cups, halfway there
E: Gonna try Tae Bo tonight...probably gonna kick my ass !!
