B: mint cookie shake
S: egg whites w/ 1/8c of peppers and onions and one slice of turkey bacon
L: 2oz of Trader Joe's marinated tri tip and a babybel
S: being honest and admitting to giving in to temptation and had pretzels w/ PB (a lot!)
D: 1/2c of a crockpot kinda mexican chicken thing I made
S: will have veggies and hummus
vits: all done
water: hit my minimum amount of 75oz but will keep going
exercise: walked 3 miles
