B: Click Vanilla Latte shake

S: nope

L:  Starkist tuna salad in a pouch & 1 Frigo cheese stick

S:  Grande skinny peppermint mocha

D:  either a Quest bar or 3 oz Tyson cooked chicken with 1 1/2tbsp Tereyaki glaze

S:  Yasso greek yogurt bar

Vit: Check!

Water:  59oz  twice as much to go.

I'm having a "I hate food" kind of day.  Icky.

B: nothing but coffee

L: a few bites of bean salad and glenny's soy crisps

S: cojack stick and BH turkey peps

D: going out with my aunt for restaurant week in the city.  It doesn't make sense for me to order an appetizer, entree, and dessert so I'll probably just have something off the regular menu.  Trying out Bobby Flay's Mesa Grill!  I've been there before but a long time ago

S: SF popsicles

Vits: one more calcium

Fluids: meh...not doing great today

X: not tonight

I always love the shower analogy, it just makes sense to me.

D-Hmm out with my 11 Year old. We will make a healthy choice. He loves shrimp fajitas so there we go.

I am also having a I Hate Food day. For the past few days my energy has been at 0. I think it might be TOM related but my butt is dragging and I barely have energy to eat. But I know if I don't it will make it worse! Protein protein protein...

B: Powerade zero (I was so nauseous, I couldn't even think about eating)
L: 2 oz grilled chicken strips, 1 oz BBQ sauce, baby dill pickle
S: turkey pepperoni, 10 slices
D: I think egg salad and some more chicken strips.
W: doing good
V: will take tonight
E: would love to take a walk but may not have the energy

PreB: 50/50 coffee with sf peppermint mocha creamer

B: Premiere Chocolate rtd shake

L: pizza no bread! Just stripped off the cheese and sausage and threw away the pizza crust

S: Kashi pumpkin spice bar (bad choice! but needed something and didnt plan a snack) with a few sips of coffee with sf hazelnut creamer

D: 2 1/2 oz TGI Fridays Jack Daniels Salmon and one broccoli spear

S: ? Just powerade...need fluids today

W: working on it
E: day off. Ran around at work more than usual
V: done except calcium
