D: egg whites omelet with 2 ounces lean ham or turkey, salsa
S: Ostrim beef/ostrich jerkee (their spelling, not mine)
Water: 1 liter down 2-3 to go

Exercise: kettle bells this evening (my muscles ache in anticipation!)
B: choc peanut butter protein shake, 1/2 orange
S: little bit of Trail's Best original beef jerky ( I am not a fan but I have it and was hungry and it was the best choice)
L: boiled shrimp and green beans
S: live active cottage cheese
D: rotisserie chicken and veg
Water- got 13 cups yesterday! Will try for 12-13 today as well

I'm suppose to be upping my calories closer to 800 (I aim for 600-800, but have been landing daily around 650 since surgery). I'm TERRIFIED to do this. I realize after planning my food today that this is going to a lot more difficult than I thought, mentally and physically. My RD says I should be at 1000 daily right now. I refuse to do that yet. Why am I struggling so much just hitting the higher end of my own range?

Thanks Jenn. I needed that. It's been rough lately and I've been struggling a lot more now almost 8 months out than at the beginning. I just need to put my big girl panties on and do what I need to do.

G: I have done well on my goals except for cardio! I have done 4/5 of my Pure Barre classes and only an hour of cardio this week. Gotta work on that. Not feeling the cardio this week.

Today is a new day and YES, I do plan on taking a shower & brushing my teeth at least twice today (actually 3 times since I have a dental appt. today) SO... I plan to keep in mind Mom4Jazz's post today. It's just another day in low carb paradise!!!

L: Soy Chorizo Spinach Scramble (going to my boss's birthday lunch at some vegan place called Gypsy Den. They have great food and love that they still serve breakfast for lunch!)
S: Syntrax Nectar "Strawberry Kiwi" mixed with a 16.9oz. water of Crystal Light Wild Strawberry (I still hate these protein tasting fruit flavors but maybe it wont be so bad if it's mixed with flavored water, bleh still!)
