READ THIS: "I take a shower every day, and the next day I'm all dirty and have to do it again. Sometimes I even need two showers in the same day! I'm so ready for this showering to be over!"

Made me realize there are things I do ALMOST every day. Do I get tired and wanna stop (of course) but I don't STOP for like months at a time like I've done my diet and exercise routine. So yeah stop *****ing and like Nike says "Just do it"

Since you are using tomato sauce in your chicken which has sodium unless you make it yourself....have you ever tried rotel and chicken in the crockpot....so very good..pretty much the same spices you are talking about...did I mention how good it is...lol!!

I've made buffalo chicken in the crockpot using only a half bottle of Frank's Buffalo sauce.  Came out yum-tastic!

band to sleeve revision and loving life!

You do you, and I'll do me

I use tomato sauce instead of the whole bottle of hot sauce to somewhat minimize the amount of sodium.

With that said since my WLS I actually have very LOW blood pressure (which my doc says isn't a problem because I have no symptoms) but to regulate that I have added salt into my diet.  Given that my other items eaten during the course of the day have little to no added sodium I'm ok with the amount in my recipe.

Everyone else's mileage may vary.  Thank you for the suggestion as others definitely would benefit.

Actually I didn't quite write that right...it came in out in my head right...rotel has lots of sodium just like canned tomato juice...I'm the one who has to be so careful of sodium so I am trying not to eat canned foods...it just struck me that your ingredients were very similar to rotel....so sorry my post was so confusing...lol.  I could inhale chicken in the crockpot with rotel....so good. Your recipe sounds great too...

I don't actually mix the fish in...but that lc chipolte cheese totally transforms the cottage cheese...and I like cottage cheese...but fun to have something a little different...

since my WLS I am OPEN to all sorts of things...so thank you!!  I mix it in my tuna, blend it in my shake, blend it in my food processor with some SF syrup and it makes like a pudding or mouse type thing
