Whatcha eating today VSGers...Tuesday!!!
Awe too funny!!! I was trying to avoid any vits that were chewy or gummy but it got to the point where I was being too stubborn to shallow pills so I'm trying my best to incorporate them in my plan. I also try to make my little chocolate chews twice a day a little treat for the day so I savor it!!! I love them!!!

Back still hurts. Want to get better so I can exercise again. Although, I am losing faster this month without it. Go figure.
I was about to say Mimi ... you and your chocolate PB shake & Candy (sleevegirl) with her cottage cheese for breakfast. I get a chuckle for some reason every time I read it. I love it!!!
Awe, I want a skinny peppermint mocha!!! I might have to see if I can change up my plan a bit to get one tonight too!

How far out are you? Check the surgery dates on people's posts. Alot of people are several months+ post op. Average caloric intake is 600-800 a day during that 6-18 months that you are still in the loosing phase. If you are eating healthy, it takes a lot of food to get even 800 calories in. But 4 month+ out, most people are healed and can eat way more than those first couple of months. 6-9 months out and more, you start to notice you can eat even more.
that makes sense. I am 2 months out. Seeing surgeon today. try to walk at least 30 min a day but cold and asthma makes me cough in cold weather. As usual not to active or wouldn't have gotten this way LOL. still have problems eating certain foods. Good one time but eat it again and it upsets LOL...This ia a learning phase. Have to cook for hubby and tying to cook healthier.thanks again for your response
