I really think I am in LOVE with Popeyes!!!  Happy Popeyes for Shell day!!!

**EDIT*** I love Popeyes also but none for me! Do they have anything bariatric friendly?

B: Premiere Chocolate Protein RTD shake

L: 1/2 cheeseburger (no bread)

S: actually had one bite of leftover cheeseburger before the workout

D: Cincinnati chili with a dollop of fage 0% greek yogurt and a sprinkle of cheese

S: ? If I'm hungry

V: none but will take when I get home
W: working on it (32 oz so far!)
E: cleaning my entire house tonight. Scrub scrub! OK EDIT! I did my 15/15/15 cardio and upper and lower abs workout! Now gotta clean house.....sigh. Feeling great though!!!!

OMG the naked tenders look so good!!! I will have to have a Popeyes night sometime soon :) No red beans and rice Jenny! No red beans and rice Jenny!! Damn those are my weakness.....but I will just get the naked tenders!!!!

It's probably not as good and not sure how "sleeve" friendly - but Healthy Choice makes a Red Beans and Rice soup-y microwave bowl thingy!!!  :)

Began journey in 2007 at 312, had Lap band 2008, lost 40 pre-op then 24 post op, regained to 319.  Lost 39# on my own, then revised to VSG 4/29/13 @ 280.
